Products & Pricing

We sell physical dog-care products, including grooming items, treats, food, feeding accessories, and toys. We make every effort to display products, sizes, and prices accurately. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders & Payment

All orders are prepaid. When you place an order, we confirm your details with you on WhatsApp and share a secure payment link (UPI, cards, or netbanking). Your order is confirmed and dispatched only after payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹799; a small flat shipping fee applies below that. Estimated delivery is typically 4–6 business days and may vary by location. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph, and we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund. Due to hygiene and safety, certain opened consumable and grooming products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
